Service Description

Absolute Tantra is a healing practice developed by Akroasis Wellness & Therapy that aims to guide the client into deeper states of awareness and emotional release through the bodily senses. Our treatment incorporates consultation, NLP coaching, hypnotherapy, guided breathwork and a full body alternative massage therapy that uses both soft and deep tissue techniques. We work with women who might have experienced sexual traumas in the past and kept emotional blocks in their body. Sexual traumas not necessarily come in the form of sexual abuse, but sometimes they may come from the lack of experience and knowledge from their partner. Both of Akroasis Tantra Therapy versions deal with blocks in the thoracic area (heart chakra), the abdomen area around the stomach and around the womb (solar & sacral chakra), the inner thighs and lower back and glutes (root chakra). Although this service can awaken the sexual energies of the body, it is offered within the context of therapy. Akroasis also offers a shorter version of 90 minutes of Tantra Therapy which only includes the massage therapy. Facilitator : Demetris A. Makariou is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Coach, Restorative Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Instructor and a Massage Therapist. Demetris has worked as an alternative therapist with female clients who had emotional traumas from abusive relationships, and through his practice has helped women to reconnect with the sense of self-trust. His ability to see and understand the world from multiple perspectives, allows him to provide a holistic treatment to each client in a different way. His techniques adjust according to the case and the client. Sometimes the treatment can only be on a pure consultation level through conversation with the client with the intention to explore the aspects of intimacy, sensuality and sexuality in a relationship. Aside the physical benefits of the tantra practice, empowerment, self-confidence and goal-setting in relationships are always in the framework of this practice. Akroasis Wellness & Therapy
