'Your Daily Coach' is a monthly / daily consultation program which gives you the opportunity to have a mindfulness consultant and a coach in the most part of your day, wherever you are and wherever you go. Demetris is a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Consultant, Mindfulness & NLP Coach, Breathwork Instructor & Yoga Teacher, and a Massage Therapist. His holistic approach in life and Zen attitude will help you create your own Zen space in the day, so you can stay responsive and relaxed at the same time. In my sessions, I share an aspect of how I view the world. As a highly trained designer and artist, film-maker and photographer, sound engineer and music producer, I have formulated a spherical thinking and approach in life. After years of professional experience in the fields of sound engineering, music production, filmmaking, photography and graphic arts, I have put together my creative and shamanic nature into my practice, and including my training in the therapeutic arts, I offer an alternative mindfulness coaching with my healing nature to support you on your mental, physical and spiritual wellness. My purpose is to show you a way on how to create your own path to a balanced and peaceful Life. This program is more than just a coaching program. It will expand the horizons of your mind.
