The Gratitude Project is a Mindfulness coaching program designed by Akroasis Wellness & Therapy that will guide you step by step into developing your manifestation capacity, but most importantly it will enhance your mood states dramatically. Through the daily practice of gratitude, mindfulness, visualization and a weekly group meeting for healing practices and counseling, the next 28 days will optimize your new self. This program will assist you to go deeper on level of inner change that will allow you to see your own magic manifesting and it will surprise you.

The 28 days is the duration in which you can break behavioral patterns or create new ones. The most important feature in changing your life is to keep up your momentum by being consistent and by keeping your enthousiasm vibrant and alive. Therefore, for the next 28 days, Akroasis Wellness & Therapy will be your daily mindfulness coach to monitor your progress and guide you through the Gratitude Project.

The program consists of weekly zoom & in person sessions that will guide you through the 28 days of The Gratitude Project. During that time we will be practicing yin yoga, advanced breathing techniques, a go-through to the Gratitude Project's day narrative and mindfulness exercises, counseling and visualization. You will also receive recordings for your morning and evening mindfulness practices that will help you stay on your gratitude flow. Aside the weekly Yoga practices, the program will also provide you with private 1:1 healing sessions of your choice.

  • 90 Minutes of Absolute Relaxation (Myofascial & Craniosacral Therapy)

  • 90 Minutes of Physical Rejuvenation (Restorative & Yin Yoga)

The Gratitude Project addresses the mind and body as one. The element that brings consciousness and physicality into oneness is Breath. Hence, with the help of the recordings you are about to receive, you will be practicing breathwork every morning during waking time and every evening before sleep, and also in our online meetings, so you would gradually build this habit for 28 days, and therefore you will be able to carry on with this habit after the program is completed. 

After the completion of the Gratitude Project you will notice a sustained elevated mood, a change in perception about reality and improvement of your physicality through our weekly mindfulness practices and your private 1:1 therapy sessions. The breathwork is a habit that we suggest that you keep up with, as it will be priming your body into a sustained feeling-good states for the rest of the day.

Gratitude is the act of ackowledgement and of giving thanks to everything that already is and comes into our life. It creates a state of thinking and being which establishes a harmonious relationship with the Universe. 

The true value of gratitude does not consist solely in getting you more blessings, or more things to have in the future, but rather about keeping a positive mindset for things as they are. The mental attitude of gratitude draws the mind into closer touch with the source from which the blessing comes. You turn your entire being into a positive magnet with Gratitude.

  • Couples Mindfulness Coaching  - 350euros per person
